Wilderness defenseman Troy makes NCAA commitment

The Minnesota Wilderness of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman and assistant captain Andrew Troy has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Trinity College.
 
Troy, 21, just completed his second and final season playing in the NAHL for the Wilderness. The 6’1/185 lbs. native of Ithaca, New York, appeared in 33 games during the 2018-19 season and recorded nine points.
 
Overall in his two-year NAHL career with the Wilderness, Troy played in 88 games and recorded 21 points (4 goals, 17 assists).
 
He is the 12th member of the Wilderness who has earned an NCAA commitment so far this past season.
