Wilderness double up Blizzard on Thursday, 4-2

Minnesota Wilderness forward Nate Horn had a goal and an assist in a 4-2 win on Thursday.

MN Wilderness 4 @ St. Cloud 2 – Garrett Worth had a goal and two assists to led the Wilderness to a 4-2 road win on Thursday night in St. Cloud against the Blizzard. The Blizzard got off to a good start, taking a 1-0 lead in the 1st period with a goal from Owen Belisle. The Wilderness would respond back in the 2nd period as Nate Horn scored to make it 1-1. The Blizzard would regain their one-goal lead on a goal from Colin West. However, the Wilderness would again have a response, this time from Ryan Nelson, who scored to tie the game at 2-2 and end of the two periods. The Wilderness seized control in the 3rd period with goals from Lewis Crosby and Worth to secure the 4-2 win. NAPHL grad Logan Gorbitz made 14 saves to pick up the win in his NAHL debut, while Caleb Wall made 31 saves in the loss. Boxscore
