Topeka defenseman Anderson makes NCAA commitment

The Topeka Pilots (now the Kansas City Scouts) of the NAHL are pleased to announce that defenseman Hugh Anderson has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Lawrence University.
 
Anderson, 21, just completed his final season of junior hockey in the NAHL with the Pilots. The 6’1/180 lbs. native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, appeared in 35 games with the Pilots during the 2019-20 season and recorded nine points (1 goal, 8 assists).
 
His lone goal of his season and NAHL career came in a 3-2 win back on December 13th against Odessa.
 
Anderson made his NAHL debut during the 2017-18 season for the Philadelphia Rebels, appearing in 10 games and recording two assists.
 
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Anderson played youth hockey for the Oakland Jr. Grizzlies
