Logan Wendling picked up the second assist on the goal.
The eventual game-winning goal came later in the 3rd period as with 6:29 to go, Kyle Patava got a pass from Robin Hoglund and streaked in down the right wing and snapped a shot through the legs of Lekkas for the game-winning goal, which eventually sent the Jets into the playoffs.
