Magicians forward Breitenfeldt makes NCAA commitment

Carter Breitenfeldt played in the 2019 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.
The Minnesota Magicians, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are pleased to announce that Top Prospects forward Carter Breitenfeldt has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Colby College.
Breitenfeldt, 20, just completed his second season playing in the NAHL for the Magicians. The 6’1/195 lbs. native of Edina, Minnesota, recorded 30 points (10 goals, 20 assists) in 51 regular season games during the 2018-19 season. He also added three points in seven playoff games.
Breitenfeldt was also selected to and played in the 2019 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the Midwest Division team.
Overall in his NAHL career, Breitenfeldt recorded 56 points in 106 career games.
He is the 11th player on the 2018-19 Magicians roster that has committed to an NCAA school.
