St. Cloud forward Suchy makes NCAA commitment

The St. Cloud Norsemen of the NAHL are pleased to announce that Top Prospects forward Jack Suchy has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Gustavus Adolphus College.
Suchy, 21, just completed his third and final season of playing junior hockey in the NAHL, which has been spent between St. Cloud and the Minnesota Wilderness.
During the 2020-21 season, the 6’3/210 lbs. native of Medina, MN, was 3rd in team scoring, recording 29 points (13 goals, 16 assists) in 51 regular season games played.
Suchy was also selected to and played in the 2021 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the Central Division team.
Suchy began his NAHL career with the Minnesota Wilderness during the 2018-19 season. He posted 15 points in 52 games played during his rookie season. After beginning the season with the Wilderness in 2019-20, he was traded early in the season to St. Cloud, where he posted his best career season, recording 38 points in 47 games played.
Overall in 153 career NAHL games, Suchy has recorded 82 points.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Suchy played three years of high school hockey in Minnesota for Orono High School.
