Shreveport forward Gatto makes NCAA commitment

Connor Gatto played in the 2022 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the NAHL Selects.
The Shreveport Mudbugs of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that Top Prospects forward Connor Gatto has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for SUNY-Oswego.
Gatto, 21, just completed his third season of junior hockey and second season playing in the NAHL. The 5’7/150 lbs. native of Jacksonville, FL, was 2nd in team scoring during the 2021-22 regular season with 44 points (17 goals, 27 assists) in 58 games played. He also put up two points in four Robertson Cup Playoff games.
Gatto was also selected to and played in the 2022 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the NAHL Selects Team, where he had one point in two games played.
During the 2020-21 season, Gatto put up 27 points (13 goals, 14 assists) in 49 regular season games.
In 107 career NAHL games, he recorded 71 points.
