Amarillo forward Davis makes NCAA DI commitment

The Amarillo Wranglers of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that forward Chase Davis has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Bentley University in Atlantic Hockey.
Davis, 20, is in his second season playing junior hockey in the NAHL. The 6’4/210 lbs. native of Alpharetta, GA, is off to a good start so far during the 2022-23 season for the undefeated Wranglers. He has appeared in six games and recorded three points.
“I am proud and honored to announce my commitment to play Division 1 college hockey at Bentley University. I want to thank my coaches, friends, and all the people throughout the way, and most importantly, my family for helping my dreams come true,” said Davis on social media.
Davis made his NAHL debut with the Aberdeen Wings during the 2021-22 season. In 36 games with the Wings, he recorded 14 points. At the trading deadline last year, he was dealt to the Wranglers, where he spent the remainder of the 2021-22 season with the Wranglers, recording four points in 20 games played.
Davis played in an NAPHL event in September of 2019 with the Nashville Jr. Predators 18U team.
