Bismarck forward Holt makes NCAA commitment
The Bismarck Bobcats of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that forward Drew Holt has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Gustavus Adolphus College.
Holt, 20, just completed his second and final season playing junior hockey in the NAHL for the Bobcats. The 5’8/184 lbs. native of Eden Prairie, MN, put up 29 points (13 goals, 16 assists) in 60 regular season games during the 2022-23 season.
During the 2021-22 season, Holt put up 27 points (10 goals, 17 assists) in 58 regular season games and also appeared in five Robertson Cup Playoff games.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Holt played three seasons of high school hockey in Minnesota for the Eden Prairie Eagles, which included finishing as Runner-Up in the Class AA State Championship in 2020.
