St. Cloud defenseman Kiffin makes NCAA commitment
The St. Cloud Norsemen of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that Top Prospects defenseman Duke Kiffin has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Augsburg University.
Kiffin, 20, just completed his second and final season playing in the NAHL for the Norsemen. The 6’0/180 lbs. native of Minnetonka, MN, recorded 25 points (2 goals, 23 assists) in 60 games played during the 2022-23 regular season. He also put up five points in seven Robertson Cup Playoff games.
Kiffin was selected to and played in the 2023 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the Central Division team, recording two assists in two gamed played.
During the 2021-22 season, Kiffin recorded 14 points (3 goals, 11 assists) in 54 regular season games and played in 11 Robertson Cup Playoff games.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Kiffin played three seasons of high school hockey in Minnesota for Minnetonka High.
