Bentley University is located in Waltham, Massachusetts. The Falcons play in the Atlantic Hockey Association (AHA). This season they will be led by first-year Head Coach Andy Jones.
“Getting the opportunity to play at Bentley University is a dream come true. Playing for Odessa these past two seasons has shaped me into the player and person I am today. Coach Deur and Coach Francis both played huge roles in my development and have helped grow my game to be able to succeed at the next level,” said Mansfield. “From the front office, coaches, teammates, billet families, and friends, thank you to everyone. I have received nothing but kindness and support over my two years in Odessa. Finally, thank you to my parents, who have sacrificed so much, and without them, this would not be possible. I am looking forward to the season and cannot wait to start things up.”
Head Coach Scott Deur stated this regarding Mansfield’s commitment, “Bentley is getting an unbelievable person on and off the ice. We are really excited for Ryan to play at a high level and we look forward to seeing what he does in the future.
