Titans and Generals win big on Tuesday night

Northeast defenseman Nick Recupero had two goals and an assist in a 7-1 win on Tuesday.
Philadelphia 1 @ New Jersey 6 – Kai Elkie scored two goals and Matej Teply added four assists as the Titans controlled play from start to finish in a 6-1 home win over the Rebels. Elkie opened the scoring with the lone goal of the 1st period to make it 1-0. In the 2nd period, the Titans made it a 4-0 contest with goals from Nikita Meshcheryakov, Ryan Friedman, and Dominick Rivelli. In the 3rd period, Elkie would score again and Matt Henry also lit the lamp for the Titans. Jared Coccimiglio would added the lone goal for the Rebels. Titans goalie Dylan Krick made 19 saves in the win.
Danbury 1 @ Northeast 7 – Six different players scored and defenseman Nick Recupero had two goals and an assist as the Generals beat the Jr. Hat Tricks on Tuesday, 7-1. After Danbury opened the game with a 1st period goal from Alexander Strempel, it was all Generals after that. In the 2nd period, the Generals opened up a 4-1 lead thanks to goals from Recupero, Joseph McGraw, Jett Otwell, and Andrew DellaDonna. In the 3rd period, the Generals added three more goals, including the second from Recupero and others from Matthew DeSpirit and Ben Campeau. Generals goalie Peter Wickstrom Stumer made 19 saves in the win.
