New Hampshire defenseman Murphy makes NCAA commitment

The New Hampshire Mountain Kings of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman Will Murphy has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Connecticut College.
Murphy, 20, is in his first season playing in the NAHL with the Mountain Kings and second season of junior hockey overall. The 6’1/200 lbs native of Franklin, MA, has appeared in 34 games so far during the 2023-24 season and recorded nine points (1 goal, 8 assists).
Prior to playing junior hockey, Murphy played prep school hockey for Deerfield Academy and 18U hockey for the Cape Cod Whalers.
He is the fifth player on the 2023-24 Mountain Kings roster who is committed to play NCAA hockey.
