Bruins defenseman Muir makes NCAA DI Commitment

The Austin Bruins of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Kaden Muir has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Mercyhurst University of Atlantic Hockey.

Muir, 20, is a two-year NAHL player, suiting up for 51 regular season games, in addition to 7 Robertson Cup Playoff games for the Bruins. During his time in Austin, the 6’2” forward registered a total of 17 points (5 goals, 12 assists), including back to back 2 point games against the North Iowa Bulls in late December. 

Muir is the 10th player to commit for the Bruins this season and will join 11 NAHL alumni at Mercyhurst in the fall in addition to being one of seven NAHL first year players for the Lakers.
