Bobcats Blank Minotauros, Improve to 12-0
Minnesota W 3 @ Chippewa 4 (OT) - Grant Denuccio was the overtime hero for the Steel as his goal propelled Chippewa into the win column with a 4-3 decision over the Minnesota Wilderness. Minnesota got off to a hot start as Frantisek Netusil scored his league leading 10th goal of the season just 48 seconds into the game. Jakeb Lynch netted his first of the season to increase the lead heading into the first intermission. That set the stage for Denuccio’s game winner that came at the 4:09 mark of the overtime period. Devin Shakar was the winner in goal as he made 31 saves for the Steel. Niklas Erickson suffered the loss despite making 40 saves.
Bismarck 1 @ Minot 0 - Tomas Anderson continued his torrid run to start the season as he stopped all 34 shots he faced in the Bobcats 1-0 victory over the Minot Minotauros.
