“It's just the commitment level. It's the investment level. It's the mentality that's there,” said Head Coach of the Hat Tricks, Lenny Caglianone. “Guys want to be here for the right reasons. Guys are more pliable and flexible in regards to buying into their identities. There's a certain level of respect that is now absorbed once you get into the league.”
Lenny Caglianone heads into his second year as a bench boss, but this time he also serves as the General Manager. His dedication to developing players is what drives him as a coach and makes him excited for the athletes to hit the ice this season. He shares more on his goals for the year and what the Danbury Hat Tricks organization has done to invest in their players for the upcoming year.
