“We want to continue to have a really strong culture and create an environment here every day that the guys look forward to coming to the rink. It's a long season. It's a long process for some of these guys,” said Cody Campbell. “We want to make sure that it never feels like, oh, I have to go to the rink today. It's always, I get to go to the rink.”
