NA Now: Northeast Generals

The NA Now video series features an in-depth look into all NAHL teams as they prepare for the 2025-26 season. One team will be highlighted every day, leading up to the start of the regular season on September 12, 2025. Each interview features each team’s head coach, as they dive into detail on the expectations and outlooks for this upcoming season.

Northeast Generals

Head Coach: Bryan Erikson (9th season)

2024-25 Regular Season Record: 19-33-4-3 – 45 points (10th in East Division)

2024-25 Leading Scorer: Rich Rucireto (29-39–68)

2025-26 Division: East Division

Location: Canton, Massachusetts

Formation Year: 2016 (10th season)

“What we're more proud of is we feel that we put kids in really good situations that have success at the next level," said Bryan Erikson. “And for us, we're all about making sure our kids are in the right fit, from a personality, from an academic standpoint, and then lastly from a hockey standpoint.”

​Bryan Erikson shares his excitement as an owner and Head Coach of the Generals for their 10th season in the NAHL. He reflects on the lessons he has learned as a coach and what it means to see the league grow across the country. He went into detail about the organization's goals for the 2025-26 season and what to expect from the athletes who will lace up with Northeast.
