Philadelphia Alternate Captain Frick makes NCAA Commitment

May 26, 2026

The Philadelphia Rebels of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Brayton Frick has committed to play NCAA hockey for Milwaukee School of Engineering in the NCHA.

The 5-foot-8 lefty from the Keystone State, Frick, will head to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to play for the Raiders in the fall. Frick is a third-year veteran of the Rebels, skating in 115 games for the East Division team. This season, Frick laced up in every regular season game except one for Philadelphia. The ‘05 forward tallied 12 goals and made 12 assists in his final season of junior hockey. Three of his tallies were game-winning goals, while one was scored on the man advantage.

In his 2024-25 campaign, the 20-year-old laced up in 41 games, scoring six goals while notching eight assists for the East Division team. One of his goals was to be named the decider in a contest. Frick got his first taste of the NAHL in the 2023-24 season, where he played one game for the Rochester Jr. Americans before playing a 16-game stint with the Rebels. The 5-foot-8 forward scored six goals and made three assists in that span. He scored his first game-winning goal in the 2023-24 season.

Frick is one of 10 members of the Philadelphia Rebels to make a college ice hockey commitment.
