New Jersey Forward Zharikov makes NCAA Commitment

The New Jersey Titans of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Arseniy Zharikov has committed to play NCAA hockey for SUNY Cortland in the SUNYAC. 

The 5-foot-10 lefty from Moscow, Russia, Zharikov will join the Red Dragons in the fall. Zharikov just wrapped up his final season of junior hockey with the Titans. The ‘05 skater was one of the top scorers in New Jersey this season. He tallied 17 goals while making a team-leading 40 assists with the East Division team. Zharikov was effective on the power play, notching 18 of his 40 assists in power play fashion. In addition, three of his goals were game-deciding in contests, with five goals scored on the man advantage. His work on the ice lifted his team to a postseason appearance, where he played in two games with the Titans.

Zharikov is one of nine members of the New Jersey Titans to make a college ice hockey commitment.
