New Jersey Defenseman Lansing makes NCAA DI Commitment
The New Mexico Ice Wolves of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Gerrit Lansing has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Brown University in the ECAC.
The ‘05 blueliner from New York City, New York, Lansing will join the Brown University Bears in the fall. Lansing was a 2025 NAHL Entry Draft pick by the Titans in the fifth round. This past season, the 20-year-old played in 15 games for the Titans. Lansing registered five points for his team from the blue line.
The New York native shares his excitement to join the Division I hockey program in the fall.
“I am honored to announce my commitment to play Division I hockey at Brown University. I would like to thank my family, friends, coaches, advisor, trainers, and all others who have helped me get to where I am.”
Lansing is one of four members of the New Jersey Titans to make a Division I hockey college commitment.
