New Mexico Forward Connell makes NCAA Commitment

The New Mexico Ice Wolves of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Aiden Connell has committed to play NCAA hockey for SUNY Cortland in the SUNYAC.

The ‘05 skater from Canton, Michigan, Connell will join the Red Dragons in New York this fall. Connell is a first-year NAHL skater, joining the New Mexico organization in early December. In his 16 games played, the 6-foot-2 forward registered seven points. He found twine three times while producing four assists for the South Division team. Two of his three tallies were scored on the man advantage for the Ice Wolves.

Connell is one of 14 members of the New Mexico Ice Wolves to make a college ice hockey commitment.
