The Elmira Aviators of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Ben Taylor has committed to play NCAA hockey for the University of Dubuque in the NCHA.

The 5-foot-10 lefty from Austin, Texas, Taylor will join the Spartans in Dubuque, Iowa, in the fall. Taylor is an '05 skater who played in 17 games with the Aviators. He joined the team in February and notched three goals with the East Division team. One of his tallies was scored in game-winning fashion.

The University of Dubuque Spartans are one of the newer Division III programs, joining the NCAA in 2023.

Taylor is one of 11 members of the Elmira Aviators to make an NCAA ice hockey commitment.
