Corpus Christi Alternate Captain Sinani makes NCAA Commitment

The Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Nick Sinani has committed to play NCAA hockey for the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the NCHA.

The 5-foot-11 lefty from Northville, Michigan, Sinani will join the Raiders at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the fall. Sinani is a second-year veteran of the NAHL, skating both of his years with the Corpus Christi IceRays in the South Division. This year, the alternate captain skated one game shy of every regular season contest with the IceRays. He laced up in 58 games while registering 28 points for the South Division team. He was one of the top goal-scorers on the roster, ranking first with 17 tallies while producing 11 assists in his age-out season. The Michigan skater scored three game-winning goals and made four short-handed tallies during the regular season.

In his final weekend of regular-season play, Sinani featured a four-point game, scoring two goals and making two assists. Thanks to his work on the ice, he earned the South Division Star of the Week honors.

Sinani’s debut year in the NAHL was during the 2024-25 season. The 5-foot-11 skater registered seven points in 46 games played. He found twine twice while producing five assists for the South Division team.

Sinani is one of 10 members of the Corpus Christi IceRays to make a college ice hockey commitment.
