“Our players have done a tremendous job out in the community. We did roughly 1500 hours of community service last year, so our guys are out in the community a lot, and it's not by accident that people turn around and come out to support the team on Fridays and Saturdays," said Casey Kirley. “So, our guys love being here. They love being in the community and in turn, they get to play in front of sellout crowds every Friday and Saturday with the best fan base.”
The Shamrocks are coming off their first postseason appearance as an organization. With the team’s dedication to developing players on and off the ice, Watertown has made their mark heading into their third season. Kirley explains more about the team’s goals heading into year three and what it means to a Shamrock in the Watertown community.
