“Players in Philadelphia understand that if they want to become a better hockey player, we have all the tools at their disposal. Whether it's ice time, access to our training facility, or our strength coach, we're trying to give them a professional experience, but also give them all the tools they need to be successful,” stated by Justin Hale. “I mentioned us trying to be, as a staff, the best possible teachers, but you also have to have the amenities or the tools at their disposal as well. I think Philadelphia, we do a great job at that.”
As Hale moves into his fifth year as the bench boss of the Rebels, he shares more on what it means to help athletes achieve their NCAA aspirations while developing them as players on and off the ice.
