Chippewa forward Kerchoff makes NCAA commitment

The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that forward Ryan Kerchoff has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Saint Mary’s University.
Kerchoff, 21, just completed his second and final season of playing junior hockey in the NAHL for the Steel. The 5’10/160 lbs. native of White Lake, MI, recorded 10 points (2 goals, 8 assists) in 46 games played during the 2020-21 regular season.
During his rookie season in 2019-20, Kerchoff had 19 points (7 goals, 12 assists) in 41 games played.
Overall in his two-year NAHL career, Kerchoff played in 87 games and recorded 29 points.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Kerchoff play for both the Compuware 18U team and St. Mary’s Prep in Michigan.
