Bismarck goaltender Altman makes NCAA DI commitment

Noah Altman played two seasons in the NAPHL prior to playing in the NAHL during the 2020-21 season.
The Bismarck Bobcats of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that goaltender Noah Altman has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Quinnipiac University in the ECAC.
Altman, 21, just completed his first season of playing in the NAHL and second season of junior hockey overall.
The 6’7/209 lbs. native of Los Angeles, CA, appeared in eight games during the 2020-21 regular season for the Bobcats, posting a 3-5-0- record with a 3.49 goals against average and a .877 save percentage.
Altman is a ladder of development success story, having played two stints in the NAPHL prior to playing junior hockey.
During the 2016-17 season, he played for the California Titans 16U team. A few years later, he would emerge again in the NAPHL, this time with the Shattuck-St. Mary’s 18U team during the 2018-19 season where he appeared in eight games and had a 4-4-0 record with a 2.24 goals against average and a .910 save percentage.
Altman was also named to the NAPHL selects team that season that played in the 2018 NA3HL Showcase in December.
